Abu al-Khair reported:
I saw Ibn Wa’la al-Saba’i wear a fur. I touched it. He said: Why do you touch it? I asked Ibn ‘Abbas saying: We are the inhabitants of the western regions, and there (live) with us Berbers and Magians. They bring with them rams and slaughter them, but we do not eat (the meat of the animals) slaughtered by them, and they come with skins full of fat. Upon this Ibn ‘Abbas said: We asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) about this and he said: Its tanning makes it pure.

Ibn ‘Abbas reported:
The Apostle of Allah (ﷺ) happened to pass by (the dead body) of the goat which belonged to the freed slave-girl of Maimuna and said: Why did you not make use of its skin?

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said Allah will not look, on the Day of Resurrection at the person who drags his garment (behind him) out of conceit. On that Abu Bakr said, “O Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ)! One side of my Izar hangs low if I do not take care of it.” The Prophet (ﷺ) said, ‘You are not one of those who do that out of conceit.”

Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ), “Allah will not look, on the Day of Resurrection, at a person who drags his Izar (behind him) out of pride and arrogance.

Ofcoarse a woman can wear absolutely anything with in the confines of her home. Unless she is not with her immediate family.
We can wear any style of clothing as long as it is with in the bounds of islam.
